Cancellation Policy 

 

A 30% deposit confirms a booking with full payment required 7 days before departure. Cancellation or change of a booking 7 days before departure: 30% of the total price and 48 hours before departure: 100%. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in cancellation of your booking.

 

No additional surcharge for direct (online) bookings by credit card.

 

Terms & Conditions 

 

Travel Western Australia Pty Ltd (TWA) reserves the right to amend the route, itinerary or cancel a tour as circumstances including but not limited to seasonal (weather) and operational circumstances, terrorism or any other external event occur beyond our control. In these occasions or in the event of any delay or extra personal expenses as a result of a delay, no refunds will be given. TWA reserves the right to arrange an alternative tour carrier (subject to availability) if tour numbers are not met. TWA cannot guarantee exact pick-up and drop-off times and will accept no responsibility for cancellation fees from other connecting services or any associated costs. If the passenger decides to leave the tour for any reason TWA is not obliged to give any refunds for the remaining segment of the tour. TWA accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness or other such accidents sustained whilst on tour or while engaged in any activities with other tour operators. In the event of a location or third party tour not being available alternative experiences of a similar nature will first be sought. No compensation will be considered for any additional driving or time lost due to any rescheduled driving. TWA accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contactors or by any company, whose services are used as part of the tour, including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers. 

 

TWA strongly recommends passengers to take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover personal liability, cancellation, loss of luggage and other.

We abide by the National Privacy Principles for the protection of personal information, as set out in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. Personal information means any information or an opinion about you from which your identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained.

We do not collect personal information about you unless it is necessary for providing our services or products to you. We will, where reasonable and practicable to do so, collect that information directly from you by:

  • • If you subscribe to our newsletter;

  • • If you participate in a survey, competition or promotion by us or by a tour operator.

 

The type of personal information we receive and store is:

  • • Any specific information you provide to us, such as your name; e-mail address, address (work or home), telephone number, occupation, the company for which you work and any tours that interest you.

  • • undertaking the booking of the tour(s) requested by you, confirming bookings & advising you of any changes to your booking;

  • • answering any enquiries from you;

  • • informing you of any coming events that might interest you;

  • • providing you with articles or information on topics that may be of interest to you; and Statistical purposes.

Do we use Cookies?

 

We use cookies in a limited manner when you visit our web site. Cookies are not used by us to collect and store your personal information.

You may request access to the personal information we have collected from you and obtain a more in depth explanation about how we handle your personal information by e-mailing us at the address shown on our website or otherwise writing to us.

If you wish to change your personal information, where it is incorrect, or wish to have your personal information deleted, please notify us as above.

 

Is your personal information safe with us?

 

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Once your personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.

由于外界不可控因素(如天气,运营问题,恐怖袭击或其他原因),Travel Western Australia Pty Ltd (TWA) 保留更改或取消行程的权利。在上述情况下,或由于个人原因造成未能如期参加行程,TWA 将不予退款。在报名人数未达到最少人数要求的情况下,TWA 有权安排另一旅行公司接手并提供服务(视可适性而定)。TWA 不承诺接手的旅行公司会提供完全一致的接送时间地点及行程,也不为您与新旅行公司之间因取消或其他问题而承担任何费用。若游客决定中途放弃行程,对未使用的行程 TWA 将不予退款。由于接手旅行公司运营期间发生的任何意外或伤病,TWA 将不予负责。对于旅游期间任何情况的个人财务遗失,被盗(包括其他服务提供商介入,如酒店等),TWA 将不予负责。

 

TWA 强烈建议所有乘客购买旅游保险,以涵盖所有可能的损失。
